Delivery & Dispatch Timelines

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.

Return/Exchange Policy

At Taneer Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

 

Return Policy:

  • You can return your Clothes within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be undamaged and the Clothes unused.
  • Please ensure the Clothes is returned in its original packaging.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange your fragrance within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The bottle must be undamaged and the perfume unused.
  • You can choose to exchange for another scent of equal or lesser value.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned fragrance, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
